An ethereal scene of abstract geometric shapes and translucent panels in shades of white evoked a wintery landscape. Set in opposition to the opulent architecture of the French baroque interior, the installation reflected Casasola’s aesthetic of romantic minimalism.
The garments were shown on mannequins and live models that roamed playfully through the space, appearing and disappearing around the shapes and offering filmic glimpses of Casasola’s fashion. A film commissioned by Style.com and produced under the creative direction of Studio Toogood was projected onto the entrance walls of the grand Embassy.
